Customer Satisfaction
I do everything in my power to make your commission something you will enjoy and I will be proud of. If you need a correction, tell me immediately so that it can be resolved. Communication is very important to me! If you have issues communicating, please tell me ahead of commissioning me so I can adapt to help cater to your needs better.General Guidelines
By commissioning me, you agree to abide by my terms of service. Prices listed are for personal use only, prices for commercial use can be discussed. I retain the right to use your piece(s) to promote my commissions unless otherwise stated before payment. I do not authorize my art to be used as a Non-Fungible Token (NFT) or to be used to feed any AI generator or to be used in an AI generator in any way. I reserve the right to refuse any commission. Please clearly state what you are wanting from your commission prior to me working on your piece(s).Customer Use
The commissioner reserved the right to claim rights to the character, but not the art I have done for you. Sharing and reposting your commission is perfectly fine, with credit. Printing is allowed for personal use only. It is copyright infringement to use my art commercially without paying a commercialization fee and claiming to have done the art yourself.Delivery Time
My turnaround time ranges from 1-4 weeks. If something comes up that may cause a delay, I will inform you. Please do not rush me! If you ask about your commission for no reason other than wanting it completed quickly prior to the one week mark, I may cancel your commission! If you want your art completed within a specific amount of time, I am open to accommodating this by charging a rush fee, but if you have not paid a rush fee, your turnaround time is as stated above.Refunds & Canceling
I do not do refunds if I have started the piece. I do not do refunds within the first month after payment. If a month has passed, you may ask for a refund and I will oblige. If I feel I cannot produce a product that you will like once starting, I will refund you on my own volition.Commission Process & Workflow
I tend to do most of my work in one sitting, as such, any corrections needed after completion are to be free. If a piece needs to be redone, I will start from scratch, but you lose personal rights to the first piece I had completed. I tend to complete 1-5 pieces in a day depending on how tired I am after work. My job is very physical, so there are some days that I am unable to do anything - this is why I ask that you not ask for updates until it has been at least one week since payment!
